How can I know if I am overtraining or overexercising? I sometimes push my heart to a heavy load of cardio and feel heartache or burn when I stop or finish my set. Is it wrong to push my heart muscle like that, even though I had a full cardio checkup 8 months ago and everything was good?

I thought I had the flu since everyone else in my house came down with it, but my symptoms were inconsistent. My body temperature dropped below 95°F, I've been having night sweats, I've been extremely tired, and today I thought I started my period but it's really quite early, about 10 days and nothing more than bloody discharge. I had blood tests done before Christmas, which came back normal, and haven't been sexually active since the beginning of December. They did notice white blood cells in my urine test. I have no appetite and a little bit of abdominal pain. What could be causing these symptoms?
