I have been experiencing electric sensations in my head, especially during moderate workouts, which sometimes start at the top of my head and move to the back, causing pain that lasts for a few minutes. I have migraines with aura and low ferritin, for which I am taking iron supplements. I am also on progestrin birth control pills. Could these sensations be a type of headache, and should I be concerned about stroke or aneurysm?

My girlfriend bit her tongue during a seizure a couple of weeks ago, and has had a sore throat since then. Recently, she experienced a clear liquid coming from her throat, followed by vomiting, headache, and nausea. She has type 1 diabetes and has been managing her blood sugar levels. I recently found out I am pregnant and am unsure who the father is. I came off the pill and bled from April 9th - 12th, had unprotected sex with another man on April 22nd, and took negative pregnancy tests on May 12th and 19th. I got back together with my boyfriend on May 7th. I had a positive pregnancy test on June 16th. How far along am I, and can a hospital scan determine the gestational age and possibly the father?
