I have been experiencing elevated anxiety and multiple panic attacks for the past two weeks, despite making major lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, improving diet, exercising, practicing yoga, and attending counseling. Why am I feeling worse, and will these panic attacks start to level off? I tend to worry about worst-case scenarios with my health and had normal test results a month ago. Does increased anxiety and panic occur even when you get healthier?
