I have been experiencing extreme trouble breathing and very tight chest for a few months now. I have asthma and have been insufflating pain pills for 7 years off and on. I haven't told any doctors about the insufflation, only about the breathing and chest tightness. I have had multiple chest X-rays, a CT scan with contrast, and an echocardiogram, all of which have come back normal. I feel that 75% of the time when I insufflate a pill, it causes me to use my nebulizer. If I've caused any damage, why would none of these tests show anything?
