I have been experiencing frequent urination, abdominal pain on both sides, groin pain on both sides, and abnormal bowel movements. I have been diagnosed with mesenteritis, swollen lymph nodes in my abdomen and groin, and blood in my urine. I have also had gastrointestinal issues and a delayed gastric emptying confirmed. I have undergone multiple tests including a CAT scan, urinalysis, pill camera, and a cystoscope. The urologist believes that the urinary issues, enlarged lymph nodes, and abdominal pain are linked. The GI specialist is planning to perform an endoscopy and possibly a surgical biopsy of the lymph nodes to rule out lymphoma. Does this sound like lymphoma, and could the urinary issues be linked to the GI issues?

I have been experiencing internal pain on the left side of my vagina, not directly on it but slightly up and to the left. The pain occurs randomly and lasts for a few minutes to 10 minutes. It is not a shooting pain but very painful, causing me to push on that area when it happens. What could be causing this pain?

What effect does a high bile acid level have on the body, and what causes it? My son, who had a liver transplant at 14 months old and is now 15 years old, had routine lab work that showed high bile acids. He is doing well, but I am seeking more information.

On June 11, I started my menstrual cycle, which lasted for 5 days as usual. After it ended, I had brown discharge for about 1-2 weeks, which then stopped. My next menstrual cycle was expected on July 11, but it's now July 18 and I still haven't had it. I've had very little cramping, only 2 cramps on Tuesday morning, and I've been going to the bathroom more frequently. My breasts feel a bit bigger this morning, and my husband and I have been trying to conceive.

My son and I were playing vigorously in the pool, and when he got out, he temporarily lost his sight and hearing. Was this just his equilibrium being thrown off a bit?
