I have been experiencing low abdominal pain during intercourse and up to a day after, as well as contraction-like pains during my period. I had a tubal ligation four years ago, and my doctor suspects endometriosis. He has given me a Depo-Provera shot to help shrink any internal issues and make the pain tolerable. Was this the right choice? Is it possible it will help? What side effects might I experience?

I have a weird smell coming from my body, specifically from the pelvic region. I bathe every day, and there is no itching or burning. The smell from my vaginal area is like a gassy smell, not fishy. I was born with a double uterus and a septum that extends into the vaginal area. After my second child, the left cervix was closed. Could the smell be coming from the septum or is it something else?
