I have been experiencing pain in my stomach area, directly above my belly button, which is sharp and causes sweating. Additionally, I have been having pain and occasional bleeding in the rectum area, which has been itchy and bothersome for about a week. The stomach pain is not constant but has been almost constant today. The rectum pain and bleeding have been occurring for a few weeks, with bowel movements being more diarrhea than normal and blood being bright red. I am otherwise healthy and not on any medication. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have a feeling that I may be pregnant and am only one day late so far, but I have severe breast tenderness and some muscle aches, particularly on my left side, which only hurt when I cough, laugh, or use those muscles.
