I have been experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain along with a swaying feeling while standing. I had a head CT 7 weeks ago which revealed nothing. Should I have another? I also have severe anxiety and Crohn's disease. I am 42 female.

I have been suffering from Polymyalgia Rheumatica for 14 years and have been on Prednisone, but it keeps coming back. My joints, particularly my knees, hips, and shoulders, are in bad shape, and my muscles in my back and thighs are very weak. I get tired quickly when walking and my knees become stiff after sitting for a while. I can't live like this anymore. What can be done to help me?

For the last week or so, my stomach has been sore, sometimes like a burning feeling, sometimes tight, and it sometimes radiates to my back and around my waist. What could cause this, and could it also cause soreness under my breasts?

Is it possible to be overweight and have Marfan Syndrome, and how do I go about being tested for it? I have various joint and bone issues, including hypermobility, lax ligaments, frequent joint dislocations, and a longer arm span compared to my height. My surgical consultant suggested the possibility of Marfan Syndrome, but my GP is hesitant to pursue genetic testing.
