I have been experiencing shingles on my scalp for about 3 years, particularly on the same side where I had brain surgery. The blisters are filled with liquid and are very painful with burning, especially when infected. I also have a fever and swelling under the plate where my BAHA is. I can't afford the Valtrex prescribed by my doctor, and I've been to two infectious disease doctors who suggested it might be Lupus or Hodgkins disease. What should I do for treatment?

I have a constant dull pain under my right rib cage that has been present since 2008. The pain sometimes feels like heaviness under my right breast and worsens when I'm hungry.
