I have been suffering from headaches for the past seven days, which start at the right side of my head and go across the top, accompanied by a pulsating buzzing on the right side, nausea, dizziness, and sore shoulders and neck. I am 58 years old and have experienced these symptoms over the past few years since I withdrew from diazepam. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have developed pain in areas where the bursa is located (ischial area, pes anserine, and hip), and my muscles and tendons are also sore, especially the hamstrings. What could be causing this?

I have a sharp stabbing pain near my elbow/on the inside of my arm. I am 46, and I first noticed this when I was in my early 30s. The pain comes and goes, lasts about 1 second, and comes in about 1 minute intervals, lasting for about 1 week. It recurs 2 or 3 times a year. The pain is severe. I have no neck stiffness, work as a field tech for a utilities company, no history of injury, take daily vitamins, aller-tec for allergies, and 10mg benicar for blood pressure. I have not had any numbness or tingling, no redness or swelling. I asked my doctor about this once, several years ago, and was told it was nothing.
