I have been experiencing urinary urgency, pelvic pain, and a light yellow to green vaginal discharge with no odor. I have completed a course of antibiotics (nitrofurantoin, augmentin, doxycycline, and metronidazole) but symptoms persist, including worsening pain and urgency. I have a history of interstitial cystitis and thrush. What could be causing these symptoms and what should my next course of action be?
