I have been fainting and experiencing tingling on one side of my head, along with a funny feeling in my head right before I pass out. I have had multiple tests including EKG, blood tests, EEG, and more, all of which came back normal. I have a history of possible blockages and irregular heartbeats, but recent tests showed no issues. I also have mild to moderate regurgitation in my Mitral and Tricuspid valves and get palpitations regularly. My blood pressure increases when I stand up, and I feel like I'm going to pass out. What could be causing these symptoms?

My stomach feels all bunched up, and I have had bloating for years, which I think is belly flab. My bowels have been pretty regular, but I have had pain in my abdomen for the past few weeks. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?
