I have a history of anxiety and depression and lately it has been really bad where I can't go a day without an attack. I need to see a doctor but my new insurance doesn't go into effect until January and all the other free/walk-in clinics are booked until January as well. I am already in the habit of cutting myself and the thoughts are getting worse. Is there anywhere I can go or someone I can talk to so I can get help now and possibly get a medical leave from work until I can see my doctor and hopefully switch my medication and see a therapist?

Is it possible that I am pregnant? My first day of menstruation was April 4. I had unprotected contact on April 8, 13, and 22. It's 31 days after my last day of menstruation, and I still don't have my next menstrual period. I have no nausea, tiredness, or mood swings, but I do have breast tenderness. Could it just be a delayed menstruation?
