I have been taking tramadol ER 200mg, oxycodone 5mg, gabapentin 300mg, and baclofen 5mg for several months, but I recently started taking them at the same time. I am concerned about potential interactions and whether I should go to the hospital. I am 32 years old and have renal failure.

I have been diagnosed with bronchitis and sinus infection. The doctor prescribed Amox-Clav 875 mg twice a day for 10 days, along with Symbicort 80 4.5 mcg for 30 days, Ventolin HFA 108 for 30 days, and Promethazine. I have a few concerns: 1) Are these medications safe to take together? 2) How long will it take for the pain and symptoms to improve? 3) Are there any side effects of Amoxicillin that I should be aware of? 4) Should I take Amoxicillin with food? 5) Can my neck and ear pain be related to the infection?

I had bloody diarrhea last Friday evening. Can I take Extra Strength Tylenol without worrying about bloody diarrhea again? I will be getting my Covid vaccine and may need to take Tylenol for fever or pain.
