Can these medications cause a false positive for methamphetamine, and how can we confirm the results?

I'm 75 years old, a farmer who sweats a lot, especially under my breast. Over the last two months, I've developed irritation under my breast due to perspiration. I've tried creams and medicated powder, but the condition seems to be spreading. I've also noticed an increase in skin tags and moles on my body and chest. Will medication or proper creams help? I also have a history of losing a kidney due to blood clots five years ago, but it was not cancerous.
