I cut the inner portion of my labia while shaving last weekend, and it has not healed. It has spread to little pimple-like bumps around the area, causing pain and itching. I am married and monogamous, so I am certain it isn't an STD. What could this be, and how can I heal it?

I have been having ammonia-smelling bowel movements for the past couple of months. Should I be concerned? I have no other symptoms except occasional constipation or diarrhea. My bowel movements are more of an orange or yellow hue. I have been diagnosed with IBS, insulin resistance, and acid reflux. I occasionally have abdomen cramps, suffer from anxiety and stress due to work, and take Venlafaxine daily.
