I have had shoulder pain near my shoulder blades for 6 months, and recurring nose pimples/cysts in the same locations for the same period. I have tried osteopathy, orthopedics, acupuncture, steroid shots, and oral steroids with no significant relief. Should I be tested for RA or Lupus?

I have moderate to severe pain from my throat down to the voice box. I went to the doctor today and he told me I had tonsils, but I had them removed years ago. Could this be an abscess or infection causing all of this pain, and can azithromycin two a day for 3 days clear this up? I have had sinus problems for the past week and a horrendous cough.

I had an X-ray that showed os acetabuli, which I don't understand. My hip hurts all the time, especially when I forward bend or bring my knee to my chest. My doctor says it hasn't caused degeneration yet. What is os acetabuli, and what can I do for my hip pain if an MRI isn't in my budget?

I tested indeterminate for Lyme on P23 and recently tested positive for CMV. I'm concerned about my 13-month-old child and whether he could be affected by my CMV status. Additionally, I've been dealing with joint pain for many years and am currently taking hydrocodone for it. I'm looking for ways to manage my symptoms and understand if any medications, like acyclovir, could help with CMV.
