I have experienced a very intense itch in the sensitive part of the head of my penis after eating sushi, particularly with salmon, tuna, and orange caviar. This has happened multiple times and also occurs when I take Benedryl. What is causing this itch, and do I need to stop eating sushi? What specific ingredient in sushi could be causing this reaction?

I ate a large açai berry bowl yesterday and today approximately 24 hours later I had a bowel movement where some of the stool was light brown and the other was quite dark, almost black.
