Are there any other conditions that mimic phthirisis? I have been experiencing itching in my pubic area for about a week, with no visible signs of crab-like lice. Additionally, I have annoying itching in my groin area and what appear to be bug bites on my upper thigh. I have also noticed new moles mostly in my groin area.

I don't keep track of my period, but I think I'm supposed to get it at the end of the month. About 2 or 3 days ago, I started seeing a little blood only when I wiped after going to the bathroom, and now I have nothing. It's been a few days, and normally, I would be bleeding heavily by now, but I have nothing. It's too soon to take a pregnancy test, but is there a way to tell if I might be pregnant?
