I have extremely painful spasms of my diaphragm, often triggered by movement but not always. The spasm starts under my left ribcage and moves towards the center. This has been occurring for a couple of months. Sometimes I experience nausea, but not every time. My bowel movements are fine, and the pain is an absolute 10 on a scale of 1-10. I haven't undergone any tests yet. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have been experiencing unusual fetal-like movements on my left lower side for the past 4-5 months, which have increased in frequency. Recently, I have also experienced dizziness, blurred vision, and mild pain. I was diagnosed with a small ovarian cyst 7 months ago. Should I seek medical attention immediately or wait to see a doctor?

In the past 4 months, I have noticed that my nails on hands and feet turn yellow when I become warm from sun, hot showers, or exercise, and return to a more normal color as I cool down, though a faint yellow color remains all the time. Is this a dermatology question, and could it possibly be a fungal problem?
