I have had a temperature of 102°F for 2 days, dizziness when standing, a dry, hacking cough that extends from below the breast bone to behind the back, muscle aches, a runny nose, and constant chills and sweating. I am very healthy and active, but this is day 3 and I'm not getting better. I have no health insurance. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

My daughter is 15 and has had abdominal pain on the right side and mid-section since eating Chinese food and vomiting three weeks ago. She was admitted to the ER, but all tests came back negative. She was prescribed Maalox and medication for IBS, which is only causing constipation. She has an appointment with a GI doctor next week. What could be causing her constant pain?

I had a laparoscopy last November, which showed healthy reproductive organs. I was then given 50mg of Clomid, an HCG injection, and Duphaston, which resulted in creating 3 ovarian cysts. My doctor stopped the treatment and asked me to take blood tests on day 21 of my cycle. The results were: FSH serum 0.8 [U/L], Luteinising hormone (serum) 0.5 [U/L], progesterone 3.6 [nmol/L], prolactin 886 [mU/L], free androgen index 1%. Does this mean I have a hormonal imbalance? What would my doctor prescribe to solve this? Is it something serious?

I've had itchy skin on my arms and legs for months now. It's so itchy that I scratch it but I'm trying not to. It's just so unbearable. Can you suggest what to do? I've seen 2 dermatologists. The one told me it was stress and prescribed a medication called kestine and a topic ointment and the other doctor (a specialist) prescribed anti-depressants! Neither worked. I had undergone a series of vaccines for allergies for 5 years beforehand and the itchy skin started soon after I stopped the vaccine. Could it be I'm now exhibiting symptoms to allergies to something else like certain foods?

I am experiencing pelvic pain and swelling near my groin area, along with lower back pain. I have a clear, jelly-like discharge with no odor, and no issues with my menstrual periods or urinary problems. I had a urinary infection about 6 or 7 months ago and took medication for what I thought was another urinary infection, but it didn't work. What could this be?
