I feel depressed at some moments, then later on in the day I feel normal. Is that normal?

My husband John has been diagnosed with Monoclonal B-cell lymphocytosis and IgM Monoclonal Gammopathy. His blood test results show IgM at 1140 mg/dL, IgA at 238 mg/dL, IgG at 886 mg/dL, and a Monoclonal Peak Gammopathy of 500 mg/dL. I have several questions: 1) Is John’s IgM count separate from his Monoclonal Peak Gammopathy, or does the latter describe a portion of his IgM as monoclonal? 2) Could John’s monoclonal antibodies theoretically have been IgA or IgG? 3) Could one have high IgM without predominant monoclonal antibodies, and would that be non-cancerous? 4) Do high IgM and/or monoclonal gammopathy usually indicate abnormal B cells, and do these cells only show up in the bone marrow, not the blood?

Arteriovision performed a carotid IMT ultrasound that showed wall thickening of 1.066 mm on both sides, placing me in the 95th percentile. The report doesn't address stenosis, plaque, or blood flow. Do thick arteries always mean plaque formation? How do I determine the degree of stenosis? How concerned should I be, given my slightly high cholesterol, great blood pressure, and family history of heart issues?
