I experienced spontaneous rectal bleeding while sitting on the toilet, with no effort involved. I have hemorrhoids but they usually only bleed if I wipe too much. I also have a history of bowel issues and IBS since my gallbladder was removed 6 years ago. I'm feeling jittery and lightheaded, and I'm unsure if it's due to anxiety or significant bleeding. My baby has a lot of gas, cramping, and diarrhea. His doctor changed his formula to Nutramigen because of issues with Similac Advance and Isomil Advance.
