I have had tremors for over a year, which have worsened, and new symptoms of tingling in my feet and legs for the last couple of months. I am on trazadone and zoloft, and have had various tests including blood work, a brain wave test, MRI of my brain, and a spinal tap. I am scheduled for an MRI of my spine and a visit to a different doctor. Could someone please help me understand what might be causing these symptoms?

I have come across an alleged fat burner called Eph25+ which contains 30 mg ephedrine, 120 mg caffeine, 30 mg aspirin, and 80 mg narnegin. Does this work, is it beneficial for sports, and most importantly, would it do any harm if taken?

Is there any chance that an MRI could reveal new problems with my liver, such as liver cirrhosis or a non-benign hemangioma, that were not detected by an ultrasound and CT scan with contrast? Additionally, should I consider cholesterol medication for my fasting blood test results?

I have been experiencing persistent symptoms such as tingling in my arms and legs, weakness, lightheadedness, palpitations, high blood pressure, nausea, lack of appetite, left-side weakness and pain, hot face, and intermittent chest pain. I have seen my cardiologist and been to the ER, but they did not find any immediate issues. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
