I have LPR (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux) and occasionally spit out small spots of blood. I have health anxiety and need reassurance that this is not something sinister, like anemia or internal bleeding, and that I should not worry about it. I had a colonoscopy in March which was fine. Please help put my mind at ease.

I'm very concerned about my periods. They've been coming every second week for the last 3 months, lasting either longer or shorter than usual. Most of the blood is red, but I've been seeing a lot of black blood during my periods. I'm worried this could be a sign of cancer. What could be causing this and what should I do?

What is wrong with me? I'm 38 years old, not diabetic, but I'm constantly thirsty, have burning sensations under my skin, headaches, nausea, dry mucous membranes, and neuropathy. I'm on the pill and have high cortisol levels, but I'm in early menopause. My hormones come back normal except for high cortisol and menopause status.
