I have a very bad feminine odor. Should I be douching or is there something else I can do? I shower every day but it does not seem to help very much. Is there anything I can eat to help this? By the middle of the afternoon, I can smell myself.

Over the past couple of days, I have had an involuntary twitch or spasm in my right eye. It feels as if a muscle in my eye or eye cavity or even eyelid is twitching or having a quick spasm lasting less than a second or two. My eye feels a little sore and achy, and I feel like I need to blink more often than usual. Do you have any idea what my condition is?
