My ears itch and have drainage that smells bad. What can I try at home to cure?

I am experiencing symptoms of pinworms, including coughing up worm-like substances and seeing smaller things coming out of my vaginal, anal, and possibly eye areas. I have been to a medical clinic twice, and they prescribed medication, but the symptoms persist. I don't have insurance and am unsure if I should see a specialist. What should I do?

I went to the hospital on 9/8 due to a seizure in my sleep, my first ever. In the emergency room, I had another seizure, fell out of the bed, and got a bump and a black eye. I was diagnosed with probable Viral Meningitis and discharged on 9/11. Today is the first day without Tylenol for a headache. Yesterday, the bump on my head felt tingly, and today, I have a painful, lightly purple lump on my inside forearm. My arms were bruised from IVs and blood taking, and I still have a dark purple streak below the lump. Is this anything to worry about?
