I have severe joint pain in my wrists, ankles, knees, and hips, sometimes in my shoulders. I have been tested for various conditions including Hepatitis, Lupus, RA, and thyroid issues, but all tests are normal. I wear splints/braces for support and experience days where I cannot walk or hold objects due to joint instability. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but am still seeking a definitive cause for my symptoms. Should I still consider seeing an endocrinologist despite negative thyroid tests, and are there other autoimmune conditions I should be tested for?

I stubbed my little toe a week and a half ago. It turned black and blue, and I couldn't walk on it. I had two X-rays at the emergency department, and there was no break. The bruising has spread into my foot, and I still can't put any weight on the little toe. Some days it's very painful, and I can't wear any type of shoe, not even a wide slipper. The toe is very painful if I push on it from the top or underneath. The inside of the toe doesn't look quite right to me, almost like there's a slight lump. Should I go back to the emergency department or give it more time?

My breast hurts - it feels like it's bruised. Breast cancer does not run in my family and I don't feel any lumps, just a bruised pain. This has been going on for a week. I just started working out almost everyday like 3 weeks ago and also found out I am not a 36C today but a 38DD. I am really scared - it feels better with an ice pack on it.
