I have severe, throbbing pain in my lower right side of my stomach that is shooting down into my right leg, and I have had really bad lower back pain for the last few months. The stomach pain just keeps getting more painful. What should I do?

My son, who just turned 5, has been sneezing and coughing with a runny nose consistently in the morning and night, and sometimes in the middle of the day. He also has itchy skin in certain areas, like a rash. Is this an allergy, and why does it occur mostly in the morning and night? Could it be related to our new dog, or something in the house or outside? Should I clean the carpets to reduce dust mites?

I accidentally took 4 500mg Tylenol tablets (1g), thinking it was the Advil bottle. Does this dose need medical attention?

My son, who is 8 years old and has been playing violin since he was 3, has been experiencing severe pain in both wrists at the carpal tunnel for several months. He has been tested for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) and Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA), both of which were negative. He has had normal results on an EMG and MRI, and has not had any previous injuries to his wrists. Could this pain be due to a repetitive stress injury from playing the violin, and what further steps should we take to diagnose and treat the issue?
