Sometimes after sex, I get really bad cramps in my lower abdomen and lower back. Sometimes it also hurts to have sex. What could be causing this pain?

Now at 21 years old, I have many big black spots on my arms, legs, back, and bottom due to this. I wanted to know if there is a surgery or procedure I could have to get rid of these spots and how much it would cost.

I'm having chest pains that have been going on for about an hour now. They vary in severity and I've been on anti-inflammatory medication before. I've seen a doctor who thinks it's in my chest wall. I'm 23 years old, the pain is on the left side, and I took Advil and Tums. The pain is very uncomfortable but there's no nausea or vomiting. I had an EKG done before and nothing was wrong. My main concern is whether this could be a heart attack and if I should rush to the emergency room.
