I have symptoms of anemia but I'm not iron deficient. I've had a CBC done recently that was normal, and I've been diagnosed with pernicious anemia in the past, for which I've been taking B12 injections. However, I've experienced symptoms like weakness, paleness, anxiety, nausea, restless legs, insomnia, chest pains, confusion, and memory problems. I take 60 mg of Celexa daily for depression and anxiety, and I have osteoporosis in my spine. My doctor tested me for Celiac's disease, which was negative. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I see a hematologist?
