I have symptoms of anemia but I'm not iron deficient. I've had a CBC done recently that was normal, and I've been diagnosed with pernicious anemia in the past, for which I've been taking B12 injections. However, I've experienced symptoms like weakness, paleness, anxiety, nausea, restless legs, insomnia, chest pains, confusion, and memory problems. I take 60 mg of Celexa daily for depression and anxiety, and I have osteoporosis in my spine. My doctor tested me for Celiac's disease, which was negative. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I see a hematologist?

My 3-year-old daughter was playing in the sandbox for about 20 minutes when a kiddie pool fell on her. After removing the pool, she continued to play but later came to me with around 20 welts on her left arm and 3 on her right arm, which she was scratching intensely. She denied being stung when asked. I can't find any ants in the sandbox, and the welts don't match typical mosquito or flea bites. What could have caused these welts, and why are they mainly on her left arm?

I have been experiencing chest pain and discomfort for the past 10 days after drinking a whole glass of Coca Cola, which felt like it wouldn't go through my chest and might have exploded. I can still drink and swallow food, but the pain persists, especially after eating a large dinner and drinking beer, which also causes heartburn. The pain feels different from my usual heartburn and feels tight in my chest. I don't have health insurance and am unsure what to do. Is this something serious, and what treatment options are available for someone without insurance?
