I'm 31 weeks pregnant, and I just guessed the day of my last period. Can doctors still tell me exactly how far along I am by an ultrasound?

I have a fear of getting any trace of urine on my skin or clothes, leading me to repeatedly wash my hands and clothes. I also avoid touching surfaces like door handles and cash machine buttons, fearing contamination. I carry wet wipes for cleansing when water and soap are unavailable. I feel agitated when I think my hands or clothes are contaminated and I wish I could stop this behavior. I also have a fear of spiders. What could this be and how can I get help?

We started trying to have a baby a little less than a week after my cycle ended, now two weeks after trying, I'm having another cycle. It's only been about two and a half weeks since my cycle ended. Does this have anything to do with pregnancy?
