I keep getting spots/blisters on my face that are filled with water, not pus. They appear a couple of times a week on my cheeks, forehead, and chin. I have no medical conditions and am not on any medication. The spots burst by themselves straight away. What could these spots be and what should I do about them?

I've been using a nebulizer since last night, starting again at 9 am, and have taken two treatments so far. I can't get an appointment with a pulmonologist. Should I keep using the nebulizer? My symptoms include chest tightness and difficulty breathing, which have persisted since last night. I'm surprised because usually, the nebulizer helps, but it hasn't this time. I've taken albuterol and pulmicort in the nebulizer, but I'm not getting much relief. What else can I do?

How should I treat heel tendon pain with swelling? Awakened with sudden onset, no exertion involved. Pain radiates up back of calf almost to knee. Could it be gout?
