I'm 22 and have been experiencing scrotal pain for the past month, including achy feelings, stinging sensations, and discomfort when walking or sitting for long periods. I've been diagnosed with epididymitis and possible prostatitis, and have taken antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. However, the discomfort in my scrotum persists, and I'm unsure if it's related to an incomplete treatment of prostatitis. What could be causing this ongoing discomfort, and should I be concerned about it?

My husband experiences a painful locking of his right quadriceps muscle when standing after sitting, which releases after 30-40 seconds. He has been very inactive since a heart valve replacement 1.5 years ago and also experiences extreme water retention. What could be causing this and what treatments are available?

My jaw is missing some bone, causing extreme pain, headaches, and swelling in my cheeks and lower lip. I can't properly close my mouth and have difficulty eating due to the swelling. I also have concerns about the metal implants used in potential surgery due to my severe metal allergy. What are some soft foods I can eat, and how can I reduce the swelling in my cheeks and lip until I can undergo major surgery?

I have a reddish color rash on the head of my penis. It does not hurt but it sort of burns a little. I have had it on and off for about 2 months. I have had unprotected sex with my girlfriend of over 1 year and no multiple partners. The only treatment were some over the counter creams, but it would return after a while. What could this rash be and what should I do?

My 6-month-old son fell off the bed in his sleep about a week and a half ago. He had a CT scan at the emergency room which came back normal. His sleeping habits have changed slightly; he sleeps longer at night and takes cat naps now. What are the signs that something could be wrong other than a skull fracture, and am I overthinking it?

I have had M.S. for 28 years. When first diagnosed, I was given the drug ACTH, which was removed from the market in the late 90s. I recently went to my neurologist who prescribed me a vial of ACTH again, only to find out it now costs $23,400.00 a vial and is on a restricted list. Is there a cure hidden in that one vial for MS, and why was it prescribed to me now? Should I consider contacting Roger Clemens for some HGH as an alternative?
