I'm 25 weeks pregnant and 37 years old. I've been experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions every other day or so. Should I be worried, and what should I do if I am alarmed?

I have been feeling extremely tired for the past 4 months, experiencing sudden palpitations, rapid heartbeats, fainting episodes, tight chest, and difficulty breathing. My echocardiogram, Holter monitor, and tilt table test results were normal, but my cortisol and ACTH levels were low. I have been prescribed diprofos injections, which worsened my condition. My blood pressure is unstable, and I have difficulty sleeping and exercising. I am unsure if my symptoms are due to low cortisol levels or another hormonal issue. What other tests should I consider, and which type of doctor should I consult for further evaluation?

I have a strange pain in my neck, where my glands are under my jaw and a little towards the center of my neck near my chin. The pain is made worse by taking a deep breath in. I also have discomfort in my chest when I walk or move around. I had surgery (a c-section) 10 days ago. I first noticed the pain in my glands when I was in the hospital, perhaps 8 days ago. I didn't notice any great chest discomfort until today when I was trying to walk around a bit and shopping.
