I'm 4 months pregnant and I am vomiting all blood and also peeing pure blood. I have no bruising, no bleeding gums, and no cramps. I've had 2 other kids and had my tubes tied before getting pregnant this last time. I've also had a few surgeries in the past where doctors told me I wouldn't be able to have another baby, but I still got pregnant again. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I'm 29 years old and haven't had a period since the 2nd week of February. I've been experiencing pain on my left side where my pelvic bone is located. I started having irregular periods after my son was born, but this is the longest I've gone without starting my period. I've taken several pregnancy tests, all negative. My OB doctor said it was normal due to my weight, but I know it couldn't be normal. My weight is 210 at 5'2. What could be wrong with me and do you have any suggestions?
