I'm a 22-year-old female experiencing extreme dizziness and nausea for the first time, along with a slight headache and eye floaters. The dizziness worsens upon standing but is present while sitting. I recently had a mediastinoscopy due to enlarged lymph nodes and moved from California to Maryland two weeks ago. What could be causing these symptoms?

I have constant (level 3) pain in my lower abdomen area, almost like my insides are falling. I also have diarrhea that is pure water and quite dark yellow. My energy level is very low. The pain started about 4 days ago and the diarrhea started today. I don't have a fever and I'm able to keep water in. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I began my menstrual cycle on July 4-13, which was very light and longer than normal (usually lasts 4 days). I then spotted from July 20-23 with brown, light red discharge, and started bleeding again on the 26th (bright red, light flow) which lasted 5 days. What could be causing this irregular bleeding?

My 81-year-old father, who was diagnosed with blood clots in the lung in May 2011 and is on a Coumadin regimen, has had a persistent dry cough for about 10 days and decreased energy. He has no shortness of breath. What tests should be ordered to diagnose the cause of his symptoms, and could his Coumadin therapy be causing his lack of energy and frequent naps?

I am recovering from a sinus infection and am on antibiotics (Zithromax). I still have drainage and occasionally cough up mucus with a bit of red blood in it. Is this normal?
