I am 35 years old and was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma (papillotubular carcinoma of the right breast, area=C, pT1c(1.3cm×1.3cm×1.1cm), pN0(0/2.i-), NG(1), ER(7), PgR(8), HER2(1), g+, f+, ly0, v0). My level of risk is low, and my response to endocrine therapy is very good. I have already had surgery to remove the tumor and am currently undergoing radiotherapy. My doctor recommends endocrine therapy for 5 years (using Tamoxifen). My husband and I plan to have a family soon. What are the risks of postponing endocrine therapy after pregnancy?
