I'm currently taking Lo Estrin 24 FE birth control. I've been on it for the past six months and have had regular, light periods with mild cramping. I take this pill every day and may only be late in taking it by a couple of hours if it happens. I was supposed to have my period on July 9th and experienced some brown spotting when I wiped and had some old, clott-y blood but that was it. For three days, I cramped like it was going to start but it hasn't yet. I am sexually active but use condoms in addition to taking the pill. I've taken 5 at home pregnancy tests and they all have been negative. What's going on?
