I feel sick all the time with daily headaches, tight neck and shoulders, heavy eyelids, and extreme tiredness despite working out. I have IBS, a bad back with two herniated disks, and feel embarrassed to keep complaining to my doctor. I've tried relaxers for muscle tightness, allergy meds for heavy eyes, and depressive meds for tiredness, but none have worked. I take allergy meds daily and sometimes migraine meds when the headache is severe, along with painkillers for my back. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I'm 30 years old and have been experiencing constant stomach pain since I was 23. I've been diagnosed with IBS by doctors, but I also have an engorged stomach, vomiting mucus and clear fluid, mucus in my stool, and severe pain in my left upper stomach that prevents me from lying on my left side. I'm losing weight but my stomach is getting bigger. I suspect I might have stomach or uterine cancer, but doctors won't run cancer tests because I'm considered too young. What should I do?

During an ultrasound-guided breast biopsy, I was diagnosed with a benign 1 cm tumor which was removed, but they found some hyperplasia cells. Can I prevent future cancer with diet and exercise, as I don't tolerate medications well and would prefer to use diet instead of medications, which doctors suggest to lower estrogen? Is this possible?

I have occasional pains under my left arm that vary from sharp to muscle cramp-like, and sometimes are just uncomfortable.
