I have Mitro Valve Prolapse and Pituitary failure. Today, my left shoulder, arm, and middle toe on my left foot have been numb and feeling weird, plus I have shortness of breath. I'm a 40-year-old female. Do I need to do something?

I am trying to get pregnant but haven't gotten my period, so I don't think I'll ovulate. I'm not sure what to do when I eventually do get my period. How will I know when I am ovulating, and is there anything I can do to make my period come?

I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and found out I was pregnant with my third child. 2 days after I took my test, I started bleeding and cramping. Since then, I have been bleeding and cramping, twice I even had some pain. Is this normal, or could it be something more serious??

I've been feeling fatigued for almost a week, with symptoms including tiredness, low-grade fever, muscle and body aches, and headaches. I don't have coughing, sneezing, sore throat, vomiting, or diarrhea. Two weeks ago, my lab results were normal except for slightly low blood platelets due to an old CMV infection. I'm not diabetic, don't have viruses like HIV, and my blood cells are normal. What could this be, and how can I fix it?
