I have continuous yeast infections, hair loss, body aches, and skin irritation. I have been tested for diabetes, thyroid problems, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, fibromyalgia, and allergies, all of which came back negative. My Epstein Barr Virus and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae antibody tests were out of range. What could be causing these symptoms, and how can I get tested for a defect in cytokines (interleukin 2 and interferon)?

I have a burning sensation in my left foot, specifically near the pinky and next finger, which comes and goes. This started about 5 years ago with light tingling and has worsened over time. The sensation is unbearable and occurs every 10-15 seconds. It is not on my toes but just before reaching my middle and next two toes by the pinky.
