I recently had a routine pap and STD testing, and my IGG came back negative for HSV1 and HSV2, but my IGm came back positive for HSV2. I've read that IGm testing can produce false positives and is not type-specific. Should I be concerned, and what should I do next?

I just had my glucose tested at 67 after fasting overnight for a cholesterol test. My previous glucose levels were around 90, and I've been on a reduced diet to lose weight. Is this low glucose reading a sign of prediabetes or lack of food? Additionally, I have steatosis of the liver. Will this improve with weight loss, and is there anything else I can do to manage this condition?

I have a pain on the left side of the bridge of my nose that started 2 days ago and has become increasingly tender, especially to the touch. I do not feel congested but sound it, and my eyes are a little tired. I've never had allergies or a sinus infection before. I don't have health insurance and am looking for ways to treat this without incurring significant expense.

I had an ECG done last week and was told I had a silent heart attack. Is there anything that can be done to help with this and should I be worried about it?

My periods started on Wednesday, but on Thursday I didn't see anything and today I just have black blood. What does that mean?
