I recently started feeling pain every time I cough or laugh. The pain is in my back and under my ribs, and I think it might be related to my lungs. I do not smoke tobacco but do smoke marijuana almost daily. I am otherwise healthy except for this pain. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

Two weeks ago, I had intercourse for over two hours while on my monthly cycle, and since then, I have had some pain in my lower abdomen. Once my cycle ended over a week ago, I still had a brown discharge for a few days, which is now a tan discharge with a slight odor. I don't have insurance and am not sure if this is something I should be concerned about and see a doctor for. What is your opinion and advice?
