I recently took Viagra and participated in many sexual sessions throughout the day. Afterwards, the underside of my penis has been extremely sore for the last 5 days. There is a vein or tendon that runs from the bottom through my scrotum, which is where the pain is coming from. It hurts to move my penis. Also, on the underside of my scrotum, on the seam between the testicles, there are 5 small pearl lumps that are very tender. They have been there all my life but are now full of something and very tender to the touch. What could this be?

I had an unnecessary abdominal/pelvic CT scan several years ago due to a misdiagnosis, and I'm concerned about the long-term health effects of the radiation exposure. I've read that the radiation from such a scan is equivalent to several years of background radiation and multiple chest x-rays. I'm worried about my chances of developing cancer from this high radiation dose. Can you provide information on the potential risks associated with this type of CT scan and whether there is any evidence of increased cancer rates in people who have had similar scans?
