I recently went to the doctor to schedule a termination of pregnancy. An ultrasound was taken, and I was told that I wasn't very pregnant. The doctor told me to call back in a week to schedule a date and time. I asked if something was wrong because they couldn't see the 'pregnant sack' as he called it, but he assured me it wasn't in the fallopian tube. I have since had a lot of pain on one side of my abdominal area, no bleeding, but very fatigued, and I'm very scared that they didn't tell me the truth just to make the money. What should I do?

I have been experiencing an extremely sharp pain in my left side under my left rib cage for about 3 weeks, which has recently become very severe. The pain is tender to the touch, hurts when I breathe in, and is present regardless of my position (sitting, laying down, or standing up). I have a hard time sleeping due to the pain. I have been experiencing chronic hives for over a year, which started after a bee sting and have since returned after ingesting a mixed drink with sulfites. I have no known allergies except to Tide detergent, latex, and pet dander. My diet has been consistent for years, and I do not take vitamins or multivitamins. I have been feeling very sick for the past week with symptoms such as mouthwatering, headaches, nausea, feeling hungry but not wanting to eat, and sore breasts, especially on the bottom part. I took a home pregnancy test which was negative, and my period is not yet late, but it will be next week. I'm afraid and don't know what to do.
