I started Prozac about 3 months ago. I had a full period but have not had a period for two months. I took a pregnancy test which shows negative. Not sure what's wrong. I was on Depo for six years, was off for two, then took two more shots over a year ago. I had been having periods. Never missed one before but they have always been irregular. No thyroid problem that I know of. I am 5'4" and 160 lbs. I have gained some weight recently and am often nauseated.

Should I be taking painkillers (Prodeine - 15) while I'm taking antibiotics (Amoxycillin) for my ear/jaw infection at the same time? I'm worried that these two will interfere with one another.
