Can you fall pregnant from having anal sex, but then taking the morning after pill?

I have a rash on my neck and under my arms that consists of small red bumps. It started about two weeks ago. I have asthma, but I'm not on any medication for it. I was given a cream for a fungal infection, but it doesn't seem to be helping and might have made the rash worse. I've also tried an oatmeal bath. Could the cream be making the rash worse if it's not a fungal infection, like if it's a heat rash? Should I go back to the doctor if it doesn't change by Monday?

My girlfriend may be pregnant. Her last period was in early August, and she started taking birth control pills on August 20th. She hasn't had her period since, and we had unprotected sex on September 16th. Could her missed period be due to the birth control pills and stress, or is there a chance she's pregnant?

Is there any physical illness that can cause antidepressants to make you feel worse, have worse side effects, or not be effective? Also, can someone be so sensitive to antidepressants that a lower dose, like 2.5 mg of Lexapro, instead of the normal dose of 10 mg, actually work?
