I've been experiencing ringing in my ears, memory and concentration issues, worsened eyesight, uncontrollable hand twitches, fatigue, diminished smell and taste, and slight arm discomfort. I've seen a doctor who found a mass in my head on a CT scan, but I haven't had follow-up appointments yet. My symptoms have been getting worse. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
