I've been experiencing severe headaches for about 6 years, with the worst one lasting nearly a month now. The pain is located in the back of my head, behind my eyes, and on my forehead, and is accompanied by constant pain in my neck, upper back, shoulders, chest, and now spreading down my arms. I work nights and the headaches are worse during that time. I've tried various treatments, but the pain persists. What could be causing this and what should I do?
